I am looking for a good accounting in line. I want a system to add on my site that my clients will be checked for their balance and so on. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Any online accounting software shouldn't require installation.
KashFlow is an excellent online accounting software for this kind of thing.
It doesn't yet have an interface for your clients (although you could easily put one together using the API), but it is something that will be added very soon
Use it as a base camp. You can control the weather, and comments from customers, and many other great features.
I do not know. Have you tried to MYOB accounting system? or better or by check.
it may be easier for you to build your own accounts. or if u can hire another web developer to work with him.
