What are some weight loss exercises for a busy schedule? - easy weight loss exercises

My diet is quite healthy, not decrease, but the main reason to, because they do not exersize. If it is as easy as going to the gym, I would like, but I do not have time between work, school, and all my other activities I am responsible. The only way I have a treadmill at home (I was told that is not going so great) the management of body weight, some weight that came with the band, and play DDR ... I'm not very good, but I think it's still a workout.

What specific exercises that I am not at home, no gym, take me half an hour to an hour a day? I read in another Yahoo! Response time, detailed strategies for the number of calories from sunrise to sunset and all that, but I'm not willing to drastically change my daily routine. At the moment I am just asking me a simple answer, because I did not say, ABS or something. If someone can suggest something simple, I swear by my honor to do it every day.
